Repair & Storm Damage

A Sound Roof Doesn't Always Need a New One

Targeted repairs for leaks, wind damage, and worn flashing — honestly diagnosed, photo-documented, and backed in writing. When storms hit, storm inquiries get priority response.

Repair, honestly diagnosed

An isolated leak usually needs a repair, not a replacement — and a roofer who tells you otherwise is selling, not diagnosing. Our inspection documents what we find with photos, and our written recommendation says which repairs solve the problem and what they'll cost, itemized. If the honest answer is that repair is throwing money at a roof past its life, we'll say that too — with the evidence.

Common repairs we handle:

  • Leak tracing and repair
  • Missing or wind-lifted shingles
  • Flashing and pipe-boot replacement
  • Fascia and soffit damage
  • Tile repair and replacement
  • Preventative fixes caught in maintenance inspections
Storm Damage

What to do after the wind stops

Florida roofs earn their keep in storm season. If a storm just came through:

  1. Don't climb the roof. Damage assessment from the ground and attic is enough to know you need help — the rest is our job.
  2. Document what you can see safely — photos of fallen shingles in the yard, water spots on ceilings, visible damage from the ground.
  3. Call us or send the form — storm inquiries get priority response, and we'll schedule your inspection quickly.
  4. We document everything. Our inspection produces a photo record and written findings — exactly what we found, where, and what it takes to fix.

We've done this through real storms — including documented Hurricane Milton repair work in our public permit record.

About insurance claims

We're roofers, not insurance handlers — and that's deliberate. What we do is the roofing work: we inspect, photograph what we find, and put our findings and an itemized scope in writing. If you need a damage report to give your insurer, ask us and we'll prepare one for you to send. You file with your insurer; if you want independent help navigating a claim, we can point you to a licensed public adjuster.

We document the roof. The claim is yours.

FAQ

Common questions, answered

How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement?
Age and extent decide it. An isolated leak on a roof under ~15 years usually means repair; widespread damage or a roof past its expected life usually means replacement money is better spent on a new roof. Our free inspection gives you a written, photo-backed answer — not a sales pitch.
How fast can you get to me after a storm?
Storm inquiries get priority response — a bilingual rep responds within 8 business hours, usually much sooner, and we schedule inspections as quickly as conditions and safety allow.
What documentation do you provide after storm damage?
After an inspection we give you photo documentation, written findings, and an itemized scope of work. If you need a damage report for your insurer, ask and we'll prepare one for you to send. If you'd like independent claim help, we can refer you to a licensed public adjuster.
Is a small leak really urgent?
Yes — water travels. A small ceiling stain can mean weeks of hidden moisture in the deck and insulation. The repair is cheapest the day you notice it.
What warranty comes with a repair?
If the repair reveals your roof qualifies for more — like replacement under an Atlas system warranty — we'll show you the math for both paths.
Do you repair tile and metal roofs, or just shingle?
All three — tile repair and replacement, standing-seam and panel metal work, and shingle systems. These are the crews some of Tampa Bay's biggest roofers subcontract for exactly this range.
