1. Who we are, and what these terms cover

a2roofingtampa.com is operated by A Squared Roofing, Inc. ("A² Roofing", "we", "us"), a Florida roofing contractor licensed under certificate CCC1329752, with its office at 4313 W South Ave, Tampa, FL 33614. These terms apply to your use of this website and to any request you make through it. How we handle your information is covered by our Privacy Policy. These terms are published in English; a Spanish version is planned alongside the Spanish site.

2. This website is information, not an offer

The descriptions of services, materials, certifications, and warranties on this site are provided for information. They are not an offer to contract, and nothing on this site forms a binding agreement. Roofing work is agreed in a written proposal or contract signed by both of us; if anything on this site conflicts with that signed document, the signed document controls.

3. Inspections, estimates, and scheduling

Requesting an inspection or an estimate through this site does not obligate you to buy anything, and does not obligate us to perform work. An estimate is valid only as written and may change if conditions found during the work differ from what was visible at the inspection — for example, decking damage discovered once the existing roof is removed. Any such change will be agreed with you before we proceed.

We aim to have a bilingual representative respond to your request within eight business hours, and on business days usually much sooner. That is our service target, not a guarantee, and it does not apply to storm periods when call volume is abnormal.

4. Insurance claims

If your roof was damaged by a storm, we can inspect it and document what we find, and give you that documentation to use. You file your claim with your insurer, and you deal with your insurer directly. We are roofing contractors, not public adjusters or insurance advisers: we do not file, adjust, interpret, or negotiate insurance claims on your behalf, and we cannot tell you what your policy covers.

We do not pay, waive, rebate, or absorb any part of your insurance deductible, and we cannot offer to. If anyone tells you otherwise on our behalf, it is not authorised.

5. Using the request form

The form on this site is protected against automated abuse. Submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, submissions from a single internet address are limited to five per minute, and a submission sent within three seconds of the page loading is rejected. Please also give us accurate contact details. By submitting the form you agree that we may call or text you regarding your request and related roofing services; promotional calls and texts need a separate, optional checkbox. Both are explained in our Privacy Policy (§ 4).

These checks can occasionally block a real person. If the form will not accept your request, call us on (813) 559-1252. Nothing on this site requires you to use the form.

6. Warranties

Our workmanship warranty

A² Roofing warrants its own workmanship in writing: five years on shingle roof installations, five years on tile roof installations, five years on metal roof installations, and three years on flat roof installations. This is our obligation, and it is the warranty we are responsible for honouring.

On metal roofs, our five-year workmanship warranty is separate from the manufacturer's warranty on the metal panels themselves. That manufacturer warranty varies with the panel product and finish, and is confirmed for each job.

Repairs

Repair work does not carry a standard published warranty period. Where we warrant a repair, that is agreed in writing for that particular job, and the written agreement is what governs it.

Manufacturer warranties

Product warranties on roofing materials — including Atlas and GAF warranties — are issued by the manufacturer, not by A² Roofing. They are the manufacturer's obligations and are governed entirely by the manufacturer's own terms, conditions, and exclusions. Our manufacturer certifications mean your roof can qualify for those warranties when it is installed with qualifying systems; they are not a promise by us to perform the manufacturer's obligations. Where a manufacturer requires registration, our office submits it on your behalf and the manufacturer sends you the confirmation directly. 7. Financing

We can point you to a financing programme offered by Regions Bank. A² Roofing is not a lender and does not extend credit. If you choose to apply, you leave this website and deal with Regions Bank directly; we send Regions Bank nothing. Approval, rates, terms, and conditions are set by Regions Bank and subject to its credit approval. Choosing to apply is entirely up to you, and it is not a condition of us doing your roofing work.

8. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about the property and about who is authorised to approve work on it.
• Make sure we have safe access to the property, and that vehicles, valuables, and landscaping we have discussed are moved or protected before we start.
• Tell us about anything we would not see from the ground or the roof — for example a known leak, a prior repair, or a structural issue.
• Use this website only for lawful purposes, and do not attempt to disrupt it or to defeat the abuse controls described in § 5.

9. Content on this site

The text, images, layout, and logos on this site belong to A² Roofing or to the third parties that licensed them to us, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Manufacturer names, certification marks, and rating marks belong to their owners and appear here to identify products and credentials.

10. Links to other websites

This site links to third-party websites, including our licence and certification records, our reviews, and the financing programme. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Their terms apply once you leave ours.

11. Disclaimers and limits

This website is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at every moment. Nothing in this section limits the express workmanship warranty in § 6, or any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Hillsborough County, Florida.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is the one posted on this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
